They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
