I always get the best of care. With horrible genetic degeneration of the discs and going on my second surgery, I have always been treated with compassion to my pain and all the tests that have to be done. The staff is very nice and easy to talk to and everyone answers all the questions I have. And when I was in the hospital Dr. Bianco came and checked on me and my pain level, making sure I was as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this office and their professionalism.

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

I had to wait for a little while.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

After the staff requested for an MRI to be done on my family member, it took the staff literally 2 weeks to contact us for a follow up to discuss the results. Sad customer service - I'll say. I never received return phone calls, it seems like I had to keep chasing down to request a follow up appointment

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Its' close to the hospital but the office is hard to find. The office staff are so very nice.
