Before John started my massage he asked me detailed questions about my preferences and what I wanted for the massage. He made a real effort to make sure I got the exact massage wanted and he checked in with me often during the massge. I appreciated that he didn't have that typical elevator music on, the music was relaxing and there was a good variety. Not only has he never postponed my appointment, he has always tried to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away.

They were extremely careful to always keep me covered and comfortable during my massage. They are always very respectful, and I've never felt exposed during my massage. When comparing them to others I have visited for massage, they are among the best I have seen. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort John takes to avoid that .

When I arrived for my appointment John was ready for me. I was very impressed with the surroundings. I was completely at ease during my appointment. John made sure that I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only did John provide everything he promised he went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
