Sumner has been working with me since our season ended in mid-summer. I play baseball and was struggling to put on muscle mass. At the end of the season I felt weak and really tired. My parents had me work with Sumner and we've been working together every other week. Her meal plans easy and recommendations of what to eat when I'm not at home are great. I've put on 10 pounds and my baseball swing is so much quicker and stronger. I feel a lot more confident now than last season. My foot speed has improved too. I know a couple of my teammates have started working with her as well. Nutrition is so important and Sumner is awesome!
