On my very first visit, they wanted me to buy a portable stim machine, back support pillow, bottle of biofreeze and a new pillow. They new my insurance would cover 20 visits and presented me with a schedule of all 20 visits when I checked out after my first visit. After a few visits, I had to take time out of my day to sit with a staff member who read from a preprinted card with cartoon pictures on it all about healthy back care and habits. I felt like a 3rd grader and hoped they weren't charging my insurance company for this. At the end of the "lesson", they wanted me to give them names of friends and neighbors who they could call and offer complimentary adjustments. Boy was I pissed that they wasted my time just trying to get names from me! The whole office runs like a money mill, with once central area with patients coming and going while you lie down on the floor doing exercises and staff walking back and forth talking to you so they can make a charge to your insurance company for "physical therapy". You lay there, doing your "exercises" by yourself, but charge the insurance company $70 for 20-30 minutes of having a "staff" member watching you do exercises. I guess because the Chiropractor is in the room, then that "qualifies" as physical therapy. The adjustment takes 1 minutes at most where you lay on the "drop table" and you finish up with 10 minutes of electrical stim. Every 6th visit, they do a complete physical progress report, which takes about 10 minutes, allegedly because the insurance company requires it. They charge the insurance company over $150 to chart your progress during a "special" appointment. Shouldn't they be charting it on a daily visit basis and include it as part of your regular fee? I complained for weeks that I wasn't getting better and was actually going backwards, yet they didn't change anything. They just kept running me through the "routine". I found another chiropractor who gave me the most comprehensive assessment and adjustment and within 2 visits of true "chiropractic adjustments" am feeling significantly better. I do not recommend Dr. Finn or his office.

The chiropractor"dr Finn" was very unprofessional. The adjustment was adequate but he tried to sell me a water pillow and other products and services that were obviously just for him to make more money. After a few sessions I decided I didn't want to return and his office would not stop calling me! I would give them zero stars if I could.

At first, but then they stopped

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Finn is all about the money. He claims that he is all about wellness and health, yet you never know who you will be getting your information from due to constant staffing changes. Finn always seems to have an ad in the paper for help. During my time there, I've noticed that many people seem to get the same type of chiro care.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The staff at Finn Chiropractic Group answered every single one of my questions and you could honestly tell how much they cared about me feeling better. They have very affordable rates if you don't have insurance. I have been to many different chiropractors over the years but this office impressed me the most and because of them I have my mobility back and i'm able to do the same things I did in my twenties. I would highly reccomend this office to anyone!
