After not having any luck with another pediatric dentist, I brought my 6-yr old son to Dr. Piccoli's office. My son needed quite a bit of work to be done and of course, he was extremely anxious about visiting a dentist. Dr. Piccoli did an amazing job in helping me understand what to expect and alleviating my son's worries...Half the time my son didn't even realize he was getting a cavity filled! Dr. Piccoli is straightforward with the patients but uses language appropriate for their age..this worked with my son and, several visits later, my son is no longer anxious about visiting the dentist. The staff is also very friendly and professional. The office is very clean and modern..I'm so happy I finally found a great place for all of my children's dental needs! I would definitely recommend this office to others!

I am so glad we find this office for my Kids and I have since recommended it to so many friends and family members and they loved it too. Dr Piccoli is so caring and his office and staff are superb !

My 4 year old son went to Dr. Piccoli because he needs two fillings and was having a hard time sitting still at our regular non-pediatric dentist. I thought because Dr. Piccoli specialized in children's dentistry that he would make the procedure less frightening for my child...what happened was the exact opposite. He started by asking my son if he wanted "ice cream" which confused even me when he then proceeded to put a huge rubber mask over his face...he then explained that the "ice cream" he was referring to was the smell from the nitrous oxide. really?? When my son became afraid and wiggly, he held his chin/neck so tightly that it left a mark on his skin. When I told the doctor to stop because my son was crying for me to help him, Dr. Piccoli became irritated and told me that now I had allowed my son to "get his way by misbehaving". My son was not "misbehaving"...he was terrified!! Dr. Piccoli then suggested the use of a "papoose board" because it would be "easier and less stressful for my son". For those who don't know, a papoose board is a board on which they lay your child and completely strap them down so they cannot move...now how would that be easier or less stressful for my son? The only person that would make things easier for is Dr. Piccoli and for this they would only charge me and extra $200 for what they call "behavior management". I'm not sure my 4 year old was the one who needed "behavior management" in this equation. Needless to say, we will not be seeing Dr. Piccoli again.

I went to this Pediatric Dental office because they participate with my insurance. What a pleasant surprise to find it is so modern and friendly. I have recommended it to many of my friends since I believe your child first experience to the dentist is so important.
My child is 4 years old and he can't stop talking about how FUN it was to go to the dentist! How amazing is that !!!!!

Their office was one of the MODERN places I've ever visited. Me and my child able to relax very easily. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay on my child. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
