Talking with Jane is like talking to your best friend. I really look forward to my visits. I've been in counseling for several months and have made great progress with anxiety and depression issues. Jane has tremendous insights regarding all kinds of relationship and mental health issues. I've been to other therapists who just ask you to talk and nod their heads until the time is up. Her approach is very interactive and I leave with ideas to try between visits. Jane is very caring person who is always on time and returns phone calls promptly. What more could you ask for?
