Was very difficult at first to make an appt with Dr. Levy but his MA Nikki was very efficient by adding me on a cancellation list and calling me right away when she got an appt. The staff overall is very helpful and they try their best to make you feel comfortable and cared for.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
