I would like to comment on Dr. Horowitz, procedure on my back, so far it has been three weeks,i have been pain free. i am very happy with this procedure. I will go back to Dr. Horowitz with no hesitation, and will highly recommend him to others who are considering similar procedures.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

I had the best experience going to visit Dr. Horowitz for my chronic back pain. I was amazed to learn how knowledgeable he is and with little medication and physical therapy, I am 100% better and feel like a new woman. The office is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and efficient. I had one follow up visit and all is well. I highly recomend him

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
