Their slogan is "our family is committed to yours" but their actions show that to not be true. Medications are given late or not at all, there is not enough staff for the number of residents (state laws here!), they are more interested in the place LOOKING nice rather than it actually being a nice place to live. If you care about your loved ones, look elsewhere. Recently there have been more people moving OUT of the place than those moving IN to it due to the many problems and negative environment.
