I've used Healthy Meals, Inc several times on and off over the years. Their food always tastes great and is portioned to the size that I need. It's convenient and affordable when I consider what I spend otherwise on meals out and at the grocery store. I'm sure I'll be calling them again after the holidays!

Over the years, I've tried several different meal delivery services in different cities. Now that Kansas City is home, Healthy Meals, Inc has set the bar at the highest level from my experience. Not only is the food very fresh and delicious, but you also get a wonderful variety of cuisines. On top of that, they portion control every snack and meal putting you on track to reach whatever goals you might have for yourself. Their service is convenient and top quality. Highly recommend.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. What I really love about them is that they stay on top of their equipment. Everything is brand-new and the most advanced model.

I been a member of healthy meals for 2 months, I have lost 12lbs so far and look forward to losing a few more, I have not only enjoyed the daily menu selections but the diversity of items, I look forward to seeing what will be delivered to my door the next morning. on those days in which I am craving a particular type of cuisine, I enjoy using the online menu to order from a list of menu staples. this allows me to enjoy my favorites when ever I want.
what ever your dietary needs and desires may be, healthy meals can become a great convenience to you and your family as it has to mine.

Healthy Meals Inc. is a super delicious way to lose weight. I was on the meals for 3 weeks before my wedding dress fitting and I hit my goal of losing 10 pounds! The best thing about it was that it wasn't "creepy diet food" it was fresh delicious food that I looked forward to eating. I am a huge fan of desserts and Healthy Meals Inc. makes the absolute best low fat options! Their sticky buns are to die for! Everyone at Healthy Meals Inc. is very helpful. I stopped in there a couple of times during my three weeks and they were always very friendly and sincerely cared about my progress. I would recommend Healthy Meals Inc. to anyone trying to lose weight, trying to learn how to eat healthy, or just too busy to cook good meals!

This company has been a blessing for me. I gave them a try to get my diabetes under control and to lose 30 lbs and I did both. The food was terrific and their service was sooo convenient! I'll definitely be a long-term member of their program.
