A friend recommended Dr. John Burns to me for breast implants and I'm so glad I chose him. He patiently explained all the options available to me and I chose silicone implants to go from a small B to a C. I look great and couldn't be happier. He is a very nice, down to earth surgeon who is great at breast augmentations!! I highly recommend him.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

I went to Dr John Burns for a Fraxel treatment and my skin looks amazing. I look much younger, and my skin looks so much better. He is a very nice doctor too, and very knowledgeable about lasers. I highly recommend him!

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They let me look through a ton of before and after photos from other patients, and offered them to me before I even asked to see them. It was obvious that they had nothing to hide, and were proud of their work. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

In my opinion, Dr. John Burns is the best plastic surgeon in Dallas!! I went to him for breast augmentation and some liposuction after having two kids. I look great!! I don’t think I looked this good even before I had kids. I was kind of nervous about it all but he spent a lot of time with me explaining everything – he’s a very patient, kind doctor. The women in his office are really nice, too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
