The front office staff is rude and incompetent.. That is a shame because the dental assistants are very nice.. Don't ever go there, save yourself a horrible visit

Went to this office for many years. And spend many hours there for just a cleaning. Had several incidents were they left you in a room waiting for Dr. Marvin to quickly come in and check. He forgets and never shows, then gets mad at you when you asked what happened!
I switched Dentists and I can not believe how fast I am in and out of there... and how much more professional they are in every way.

I am very scared of dental work. I have been a patient of Dr. Marvin's for 3 years. He has filled several cavities and pulled my wisdom teeth. His office has helped me feel a lot more comfortable. They all go out of their way to provide me with anything I need to my my visit more comfortable. I feel as though he truely wants me to "enjoy" my visit. Thanks to Jackson Dental Arts - I am starting to feel more comfortable. I would absolutly recommend them!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. The clinical staff are all dressed in scrubs and take all necessary procautions to protect themselves and their patients. The office is immaculate and I always feel like I am treated as family. Great Doctor and great staff!
