I've seen Dr Brown for about 3 years now. He's a very carrying and understanding doctor. He treats me for Behcets disease, fibromyalgia, and deteriorating disc disease. Sometimes there is a long wait. He's one of the only rheumatologist in Central Arkansas that takes Medicaid so he's a very busy man. He's receptionist Anthony and Latoya are very nice and helpful. His nurses are also very carrying and always call you back in a timely manner. I'm very thankful to have found him for a doctor and highly recommended him.

For 6 years I put up with being so belittled by staff. I was spoke to like a drug addict prisoner (patient profiling at its best) he allows this behavior from his staff. They fire you which is patient abandonment when refusing to help you in the middle of your care...I can't have my mri read from this week I cant even get dr brown to speak to me...I did get him to call me bavk the day his horrible rude staff gave me.such anxiety I couldnt sleep. They told me I altered a prescription however im the one who asked the pharmacist to contact dr brown because i spilled and smeared a Drink on the script. For 6-7 years I never failed a drug test, always contacted them if I was needing to fill out of town , always went througj dr brown if I was having surgery so that he could control
My meds at the hospital. Last night he talked to me over the phone telling me he trusted me and not to worry about anything he would just write me another script n sit with me n go ovet the issue. Today I go in and in front of othet patients im told that he just wants to see the prescription and that I cant have it back nor can he ever see me again. I found a new dr thank goodness but I cant get in for awhile but they all said they have had many issues likr this with patients from browns office...he could care less what meds he puts in u n can care less how much emotional n mental damage hes doing when he allows his rude nurses to do his dirty work..new dr did see the prescription when I went there to tell them my story he laughed n said it makes no sense that he fired me kept my damaged prescription which my attorney wants back yet he wrote me a new one??? A new one was all I needed I had no reason to be fired. I should know my dad works for the DEA!!!!!! Thank goodness I do have a good attorney I am fully disabled physically n emotionally and was given no treatment and no face to face with this man who hid from me today because he knew I was a good patient. my attorney heard our conversation thank goodness I recorded it along w the hippa violation of being belittled n the waiting room vs privately in the office of my dr!!!!!

At every appointment, I have to wait 2-3 hours to be seen because he is always running behind. I am usually then taken from one waiting room to wait an additional 30 minutes to an hour in a smaller waiting room. Dr. Brown has spent no more than a total than 5-10 minutes working on my illness including any labs/injections needed. Dr. Brown does not communicate well with my other doctors and tends to contradict himself when conveying his own diagnosis to other doctors. He rarely stands behind his own diagnoses, but rather sways/concede in the direction of whatever the other doctor feels is the diagnoses which leaves his patients in a very vulnerable state when trying to communicate or defend the diagnoses given to them by him. He does not stand behind his word/views at all when contradicted by another physician.
