dont let state of the art office fool you. He doesn't have a clue, is more busy telling jokes and being silly than paying attention to what he is doing in your mouth. Have had nothing but problems with my teeth since.

Not at all. I was extremely bored the entire time

I got lost, but eventually found it

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

Not really, I was a little uneasy

Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office?
Not really
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
