It was a very bad experience for me. I was diagnosed with two types of cancer and heart failure. I when to southern hills hospital on 3-15-2019 for a colonoscopy. I was very scared. Well the hospital lost my wear about inside the hospital. I could not believe this happened after I gave them permission to let family and friends know my status and location. My family (Son and Daughter came to support me). They when to the front desk upstairs in the hospital and ask where was I because they were there to drive me home and be there when I came from surgery. . The hospital stated they could not find me. Perhaps I was not there was there,was her response. Image how my family felt when they told them they could not find me and I probably was not there. The supervisor nurse from who colonoscopy were to call my family back for more information and she never did. They were sent to two different floors for cancer patients. No one knew nothing. They were crying uncontrollable. Not to mention I woke up not to see my family there waiting for me. Not to mention the hospital told me to get there at 8:30am for a 9 oclock appointment. I was not seen until 11:30am. They stated they got their time mixed up an they were not used to seeing a patient like me in my conditions. I recommend no one to go to this hospital. My Doctor was Dr. Roker, he seems to be a fairly good guy. But the hospital was horrible. My name is Melody Armstrong an am so afraid of this hospital. Until this day am having some unusual bleeding from my colon and am trying to find another Doctor. Not that anything was wrong with Dr Roker its just where he works.

Very unprofessional. Had electricians changing light bulbs in our room while my wife was in her gown. Was supposed to follow up with us on test results and never did. When we tried to call to get our results, the charge nurse hangs up on us.

Absolutely horrible. AVOID these people at all costs
