He took care of my husband after he had a large hemorrhage from an aneurysm. Dr. Torres did surgery on him at Stanford and he left the ICU after 3 weeks as off to Rehab. He was not expected to survive. Dr. Torres was a Godsend!

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Dr. Torres saved my husband's

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. He will even reply to all e-mail.

A year ago, my son was not expected to live after a severe head injury in a car crash. He was in the hospital for months and taken care of by Dr. Roland Torres, a Stanford Neurosurgeon who is an expert in brain injury. Our son is alive and well on his way to recovery because of Dr. Torres. Superstar.
