If you have 1.5 hours to waste, don't mind a half-brained, non-customer service oriented nit-wit who flat out won't give you a priced based on your prescription & exact sunglasses selected with OR without insurance, then SHARON is the Vision Center employee to see! She doesn't understand basic optometry terms such as tinted or transitional. She quotes on the cheapest lenses, not based on customer request stated, in addition to the last prescription on file last ordered in 2014. That's called the Bait & Switch! Tell the customer how cheap it is to get 2 sets of complete glasses with all these fancy discounts if you just get 2 (not just the 1 pair that brought you into the store to begin with) then when the order is being placed, well golly gee, the prices just went up by one or two hundred. You've lost my business! When I proceeded to tell her that she wasted over an hour of my time, she loudly told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. Sharon is unprofessional, unqualified & rude!

The opticians at this location are very professional, helpful and knowledgeable with exemplary attention to detail.

I did not go to the Optometrist here I was only purchasing my glasses.

Susan Whitesides, the optician / store manager at this location immediately caught an error on the script I brought from another unaffiliated ophthalmologist. My regular ophthalmologist office had accidentally issued a very outdated prescription for one of the two pairs of glasses I was purchasing. Susan instantly recognized an inconsistency between the two scripts (barrel correction for astigmatism) and knew that one of them had to be incorrect. They saved me from what could have been $400 mistake. Remarkable!

I am very impressed with the level of care and personalized service the staff here provides. Don't make false assumptions based the fact that they are located inside a Walmart Super Center. I was highly skeptical myself, but they absolutely earned my trust! They are well trained professionals you can trust your eyes to. Very happy they were looking out for me!

Have gotten several pairs of glasses - for myself and my son - at The Vision Center/Walmart in Greensboro and have never had a problem. The staff has been friendly and helpful, the quality matches other "discount" eyeware, and the service has been very good. Of course, the prices are pretty much unbeatable, not to mention they are the only VC in my area that accepts BCBS/Blue Vision. Will definitely keep doing business there until something drastic changes.
