Worst time management I have ever encountered!! I have been to ERs that were faster than they are here! Why have appointments if the least amount of time spent there is nearly two hours for 15 minutes of actual time spent on a patient!

If I could put in a negative rating I would!

I have been getting my eye exams with Dr. Loveland for several years now. Every time I go, I feel I get a great exam, never feel rushed, all my questions are answered and can always see great with my glasses and contacts. Best exam I've ever had! Thank you!

They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. This place was okay and satisfied all my needs but the glasses were over priced & it seemed as if since i was one of the last appointments of the night the staff was ready to go and showing it. (everyone except the doctor she was amazing!) I will not return!!

I found the doctor very caring and knowledgeable. I don't think I've ever had glasses I liked as much as the ones I purchased and also seen as well out of!! The optical staff was very helpful in my choice and very patient and great with styling. I also was fitted with bifocal contact lenses with Dr. Loveland and I am still amazed at how well I can see far and close...I got my 20 year old eyes back!! and would recommend them to those of us over 40. Great experience.
