All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. I was satisfied with my appointment. The doctor was able to help me with everything I came in for. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved. The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home.

While these things are all true, Dr. Gailes recently closed his Warren office with no notification to me re: this closure. I travel 25+ miles to see Dr. Gailes and had I not called to reschedule my appointment I would have traveled to Warren for nothing. When trying to reschedule the appointment the receptionist told me I would have to see Dr. Gailes in Fall River which would be an even further drive for me. I asked to receive a call from Dr. Gailes and as of yet (5 days) no call. I am extremely disappointed as I have been a patient of Dr. Gailes for 8 years.

I was referred to Dr. Gailes by a friend. I was unable to walk for about three weeks before I finally decided to see a doctor. Thank goodness for Dr. Gailes. He showed me how my pelvis was twisted causing my back to curve. After about four appointments I had no pain. I have been going for approximately two months and my range of motion hasn't been this good in years. I can stand from the floor without using my hands to aide me. He has a very flexible schedule. I now bring my 15 year old son to see him because he had a growth spurt and he has Osgood Schlatters of the knee. He has also seen a big improvement. He is a great Chiropractor.

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
