They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.
