Nanci relieved my neck pain, and kept it from coming back. Her straightforward and caring approach makes me like a new person. I recommend her to anyone who has achy complaints.

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. It put me at ease that they seemed well-trained and experienced. Everything went off without a hitch. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Nanci helped me with headaches- it was awesome- within a few weeks, I was getting 80% less than before. She offers a calm, quiet atmosphere and is always attentive and giving. I recommend her every chance I get.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me every service I was originally promised and I've never had to doubt their abilities.
