This is my first time to ever give a review but felt I needed to. I went in for a lump on bottom of my foot. The Doctor seemed over all nice but after my MRI I was not really informed on type of surgery he was going to do. Although I can't really say much about him his office staff is a whole new story. Young lady at front desk was ok but as for whom I assume is his office manager its a different story. NEVER have I met someone so RUDE. She basically called me a lier after I went for a test which was at 9 but even after seeing me outside did not open office till after 9 ( sign says they open at 8). Any way after I signed my paper work for Surgery and her not so happy with me for asking to explain the type of surgery I was having and then saying I had to do several things last minute ( something she could have told me first of week) she calls at 5 to say the doctor wants to get another doctor to see you. I think she was just not happy that I ask questions anyone would want to know and I believe it was her who thought doctor should not do surgery. Either way I'm VERY happy and have found a doctor with great reviews and much nicer staff. So happy not having to deal with this RUDE lady as I see her running patients off
I hope the doctor sees this as she needs to learn how to treat people with a better attitude

I agree with the commenter below who said the staff was unfriendly. The office manager is very rude and seems to do all she can to make things more difficult than need be. I hope the doctor will see this comment, because if he doesn't do something about this woman, he will soon be out of business!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

To all my fellow Pooler Residents and Godley Stationers:

Today,

I experienced my first signs of plantar fasciitis while at work(didn't know exactly what it was first but felt I could shrug off the pain). When I got home it became worse and I went to a local doctor in Godley Station, The Foot and Ankle Center. There I was greeted by a kind woman at the front desk and SNARED at by a women in behind her when asked if I made an appointment. I told the ladies that I felt the pain today and the bright one in the back said "WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT THIS MORNING!!" (It's 1:30 PM come on give me a break). I asked the polite woman if there was anyway I could be contacted if theres a cancellation so she turned around to ask her, She IGNORED THE QUESTION for a long pause then turned to say NO. I don't know what her problem was but I wanted to take my time to share my experience. I really hope the doctor reads this because I'm forwarding this comment to him and passing along to my neighbors of Godley Station. (LOST Customer means lost money, sorry --- Really Ironic that their sign out side reads "Now Accepting New Customers")

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They also have an air purifier in the waiting room. Everyone in that office is extremely nice and helpful.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
