They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They are always extremely careful to respect my privacy and knock every single time before they enter the massage room. I never have to worry. I loved that they played nice, relaxing music in the background during my massage. It made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
