There was extreme pressure (20 min.) to make an appointment. Even though I kept saying I wasn't interested I caved to the high pressured sales.
Dr. Davies was extremely condescending, insensitive and rude. I told him I was there because of ongoing pain due to an attack a month prior. Since the attack I had not been sleeping more than a few hours a night, had an ongoing headache and pain in my neck and arm in addition to substantial anxiety. I asked if it was ok if I kept my eyes closed most of the time during his questioning, due to the light (headache). I also explained that my voice becomes choppy when I'm nervous and anxious (he could contact my primary to confirm).

During the questioning (interrogation) as to why I was there he told me that I was so out of it that he didn't think I was capable of signing forms. He then went on tell me I didn't understand my insurance due to my confusion. Dr. Davies was very arrogant, reminding me on several occasions that he is a doctor and highly educated. So, despite what I said to him he seemed unable to listen/hear. I was asked repetitive questions. I found he remarks and attitude regarding my medical history to be very judjmental.
He called in Amanda from billing. She confirmed that the information I was giving him regarding my insurance benefits was accurate and consistent with my earlier conversation with her. He was the one confused and uneducated,
I left the office in tears due to the way I had been treated. They seemed completely unaffected by how upsetting my experience in their office had been. I felt absolutely no compassion or accountability for their destructive behavior. I am already going through the legal process of assault, and this experience of not being treated with respect added to the emotional stress of the situation.

Definitely! They customized their treatment for my condition, and it was very effective

The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to wait for machines. The gym is hot and stuffy. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. This chiropractor seriously misdiagnosed my condition. He totally didn't know what they were doing, which is why I never returned. He is a scam artist and overcharges you. He gives chiropractors a bad name. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored and looked down upon. The overall enviornment is unwelcoming and unfriendly.
