I felt like I was in an infomercial from the moment I stepped in. I was not treated as an individual. There were no private rooms for adjustments. You took a number, warmed up your spine and waited to go back into another open room with tables. I did not feel confident in the process at all.
Plus there was pressure to sign up for adjustments, bring back a filled out referral sheet, buy extra stuff and commit to the program.

"Jon" we are clearly making a difference in several people's health and overall well being. If you were in actuality a real patient at our office more than likely you didn't follow through with the recommendations given to you. Like showing up for your appointments. In our 7 years of practice, we have not seen what you are describing happen to any of our patients. We take much responsibility in marking each and every patients X-rays competently and adjust each patient according to what their individual X-rays show. It does not take long to adjust someone once you know their listing. I adjust my daughter in less than 2 minutes. If you want a chiropractor to sit with you and be your friend and chat about your life, this is definitely not the right office for you. If you want a chiropractor who is efficient, adjusts according to your X-rays and takes care of the problem instead of chatting about it this is the right place for you. Our office certainly isn't for everyone, especially those who don't follow through with their recommendations-yes that would be a waste of money. Trying to fix a problem in your spine that you've had for several years (if you are having numbness we know that its been there damaging the nerve for quite some time) and not being diligent about doing so, missing scheduled appointments and not doing what the doctors ask will wind you up where you feel like leaving a bad review. If you had a cavity in your tooth would you just leave it and say its the dentists fault it got worse because you didn't brush teeth? Hope you have found and office to accommodate you.

I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They treated every individual the same, similar to an assembly line or processing facility. There is no chiropractor around that can legitimately 'process' 20-30 people in one hours time and be attuned to their every needs.

I got locked into some bologna contract for a year. The treatments began fine, in my opinion, pretty standard for any chiropractic work. But after a few months, huge problems started arising. I was very numb shortly after I left my appointment. I would get severe back spasms and pain that before starting their treatments I never had, even when I would throw my back out. It scared me to death and I'm never going back.

I am happy to say over a year now after quitting my appointments, that I feel like my usual self again. Oh I left my 'contract' only about 6-months into it and really enjoyed paying off the remainder of the difference for the final 6-months while being in the worst pain I have ever been. Long story short a YEAR after leaving their facility I no longer have numbness, stiffness, severe spasms, and consistent pain. All of which I never had before starting their wellness regiment.

Their motto of: the power that makes the body, heals the body, should be left to fairytales. Legitimate chiropractors will schedule a real appointment with you, and customize every need to each person. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting away your money and being in consistent pain for months

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They look at the entire health of an individual. The are great educators and cheerleaders when it comes to your health. They look at what you eat, exercise, and sleep. They have classes regularly that go over issues that can affect your health. I would never go anywhere else.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
