I bought the most beautiful pair of glasses here. I was pleasantly surprised at the very large selection of frames to choose from and am definitely going to recommend others to check them out. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

The doctor worked with me to make sure I got the best prescription available. When he would ask which was better he was extremely patient and did not rush me. When selecting frames, there were so many choices. The assistant gave me her opinion about the choices I selected and brought out points I had never considered. When picking up the glasses she really took time with me to make sure the fit was adjusted to me and not some generic person. I can always stop in for frame adjustments. I am treated like family there and highly recommend it to others.

They push glasses on you whether you really need them or not. The week My family went they recommended reading glasses for all 4 of us, went for 2nd opinion elsewhere only to find out that ONE of us truly needed the prescription for eye glasses. Their staff is rude and I will NEVER go back there and none of my family will either. When Dr. Levy ( female) was there the office was run much smoothly.
