I have been a patient of Dr Mariano for almost 20 years now. He is nothing but kind and loving and truly cares about your wellbeing. I love how positive he is and trusting of the body. He is a life long learner always wanting to learn more and find ways to fully heal. I love his wholistic approach. He has taught me that our health is not just based on one area. It's more than just adjustments and he gives you the tools and guidance to achieve that. He spends so much time at each visit with you where you feel like you are his only patient. He is a good man with a big heart.

Have been going to Mariano Wellness Center a few months to help with migraines. What a positive difference. Had been suffering with migraines for years. Finally had enough of side effects from prescription medications and decided to go the hollistic approach. This has been more effective than seeing neurologists and taking medication. Highly recommend.
