All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.
