TERRIBLE service! I have never experienced a more rude, grumpy and indignant receptionist that takes a stressful situation (a room full of panicked pets) and makes it 10 times worse. The veterinarian is no better, she apparently knows it all (which is contrary to reality). And she stuck my dog three times, not paying attention to her JOB. Do not give them your email unless you enjoy being bombarded with constant messages. I will NEVER give them my business again.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've been to other vets that have designated areas for dogs to go to the bathroom but I didn't see one here. It really wasn't that big of deal though because there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
