Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but don't feel I have a clear diagnosis or prognosis from the doctor. Working on following up with some additional questions for them

Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept
Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition?
Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet.

Sunday I called to check on my cat around 12:30 the Dr. told me he was worried about my cats calorie intake and they wanted to put in a feeding tube. I authorized the tube and said I wanted to visit before it was inserted. I immediately went and visited my cat. I called a few hours later and was told the Dr. had emergency surgery and had not placed the tube yet, but he was just getting ready for the procedure. I called again a few hours later and the tube had not been placed yet, but "the Dr. was just getting ready for the procedure". I called a few hours later and was again told the Dr. had been in surgery but he was getting ready to place the tube, . I called back at 9:15 pm and was told the tube still had not been placed! I was told that my cat was stressed..all the while I'm hearing a large dog barking in the background. It has now been over 24 hrs. since my cat had anything to eat. I do not feel this hospital has enough staff to properly take care of all the animals in a timely manner. I am also disappointed that my cat has to be around large barking dogs that are stressing him out.
