This facility is awesome. They are very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a sincere care for animals. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my pets' health.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals.

I have known Dr. Bagshaw for years he has a history of relating professionally, empathetically, and tactfully to his pet paitents family . He has a strong work ethic. He is an Outstanding veterinarian. He is reliable, responsible, and dedicated to excellence. He actively seeks to be a life-long learner. He has integrity and honesty and has good judgment and reasoning in helping the family of the pet make quality of life decisions in difficult situations. I recommend him to everyone!
