Very good doctor. Simple practice but she really knows her stuff and is kind and attentive to animals. Is quick to deduce an animals condition and readily can provide you with an excellent specialist for your pet.

I would not recommend Dr. Ferris to anyone. She was treating my dog for the wrong disease and never once took a simple blood test that would have immediately identified the illness. She kept telling me he must have been jumping off the bed too many times and that's why his hind legs are weak. I put my faith in her but realized she had no idea what she was doing. By the took my dog to a specialized veterinarian, the end was near and I had to make the terrible heart wrenching choice. If Dr. Ferris had even admitted that she did not know what was causing my dog to lose weight, not eat, etc. and recommended a specialist, I probably would have retained my trust in her. But after this heart wrenching experience and watching my dog die because of her ineptness, PLEASE DO NOT EVER TAKE A LIVING BREATHING THING TO DR. Ferris.

Staff and Vet appear competent and knowledgeable, however, I have concern about the scheduling of appointments with this vet. In fairness, I arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment but was checked in by the staff (no other customers were present). I waited for another 10 minutes during which another (well-liked??) customer arrived. Both the other customer and the staff person were surprised that my pet was skipped over in favor of the next customer who arrived 10 minutes after I did. I had to wait another 20 minutes before my pet was able to see the vet. No other customers arrived during this time. In all, I waited a good half hour for 5 minutes of the Vet's time.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Yes, my pet seemed extremely distressed the whole time we were there
