They have a large parking lot. I took my puppy to him when others could not accurately diagnose the problem (and he solved it). However, I did not begin routine visits with him solely because he is nearly 45 minutes away. However, when my now 7 year old dog developed a new problem, I returned to him and again he was dead on. She is healed and doing wonderfully. I am now going to make him her primary care doctor because he is worth the 45 minute drive. He is patient and listens. He is gentle and caring with the animals. I recommended him to a friend and she is switching to him also.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was not real easy to find, but well worth the visit. He was able to pinpoint a diagnosis and resolution that my local vet was not.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am that crazy pet owner who treats my puppies like they are my children so I give Dr. Dorton and his staff a lot of credit just for putting up with me and my anxieties. They are the best!

No, It seemed a little overpriced

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The facility is clean and I trust the care given to my pet.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
