I have been going to Dr. Chapman since I first looked for a vet when I moved to New Orleans 6 years ago. He was recommended to me by a friend. On one occasion I called after hours, hoping someone might be there. No one answered and I didn't leave a message. Dr. Chapman saw I had called on the caller ID, and called me back. I have recommended him to friends. He and his staff are very caring. He also cares for chickens, horses, goats....I am still going to him even though it's further away from where I live now. If you're looking for a vet, check them out. On River Road easily accessible from New Orleans (esp. Uptown), Elmwood/Harahan, Metairie.

This provider has a great reputation in our community. Their primary concern is our safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern thoroughly. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals and respect our concerns.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
