Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

We have another vet we use for our cats and dogs - we have been with that gentleman for many years and have no desire to switch. We visited Dr. Kitterman for our Cockateil. He was recomended to us for birds. We had called another vet before we went but he was not open until the next day. Dr. Kitterman was available later in the evening. The first vet called the next day to make sure we were OK. We explained everything to him, including what Dr. Kitterman recomended and he completely concurred with the treatment plan. I would recomend Dr. Kitterman and the other vet as well. I have taken my bird to one other vet about 6 years ago and I would NEVER take him back there. Dr Kitterman is on my prefered vet list - if our other vet retires I would consider trying him with our other animals.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
