I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
