Very outdated place. Very disappointed. I always thought it was just a coincidence (things happen) that my neighbors dog and other friends dog died while under surgery... Until mine did too. If they had REQUIRED pre blood work, maybe our animals wouldn't have died. They made it seem like it was not a big deal if blood work was done or not. They are unqualified.
