I love Dr Jennifer Staley, my little dogs trust her. They never fret when we go. She took care of my old English sheepdogs for 14 and 15 years. When I had to put them down. she and her staff were gentle and empathetic of my emotions and my best friends. I will take my babies to her as long as she stays in business.

Who knows.. Would not see my dog in an emergency unless she was seen there before ????? From Richmond, Va. and new in area. This is the first time I encounter this type of bull$&1^. But when your in it for the money I guess the pet don't matter. Never will I even attempt to use there services. Can you give a minus 5 stars ?

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort they make here for all of their 'patients'. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. We love this VET!!!!!!
