Very caring and thorough doctor. Genuinely loves animals. We've seen Dr Keenoy over twenty years. Our animals love him. His assistant Debbie is awesome.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I feel absolutely at ease leaving my pet here. I know my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. They are kind and caring. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
