It gives us pleasure to write a recommendation for Dr. Carr. He is the new owner coming to Intermountain Veterinary Services in August, 2020.

There are a number of veterinarians to choose from where we live in Spokane, Washington. For the last ten years Dr. Carr has been our veterinarian of choice. He treats dogs and cats and other small animals. We appreciate Dr. Carr’s generosity with his time. We have entrusted the care of our beloved Red Bone Coon hound, Ginger to Dr. Carr. During Ginger’s old age and declining days, Dr. Carr offered us solace and comfort. He even made a house call late at night to monitor Ginger’s progress with us. We don’t believe we are an isolated case of this generosity. Our neighbor across the way talked to us over the fence that he and his wife had a similar experience. On a scale of one to ten, ten being high, we give Dr. Carr an eleven.

We love Dr. Lamb and his entire staff. They have been taking care of our animals for many years now and have always cared about our family and our pets.
We are thankful to have such a good, knowledgeable and caring vet that we can count on.

I have always found clinic to be v well informed and caring. Great staff and attention to detail. Cost is not prohibitive either, but I can see that they truly care about each animal that they treat.

Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet?
Never, my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives thanks to their care.
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
