Visited the clinic today with one of our 3 dogs. She became anxious upon her arrival and started barking (she's a dog) in the waiting area. Although there were no other clients in the waiting area at the time , we were asked to take her outside (what was the weather like today?), where we waited for 20 minutes. This, of course, made her more anxious. In all our 30+ years of raising dogs, we were never so embarassed and humiliated. Per our request the doctor did call us (we left after 20 minutes outside) but had no comment when we said we had to leave with a sick dog. Concern. consideration, love of animals (barking or not) ?? This is obviously NOT the place for us !!

. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. It seems to me that they really care about their clients. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.I take my German Shepherd, Remmi and my Black Lab. Gunner and they have always received great care. I find they are truly there for the care of the animal, even though it is business their prices are reasonable and the care is exceptionable. I will be taking our new addition Winnie a St. Bernard puppy this week.
