Kevin and the staff are great!!! There's been times when I had to make payments when I couldn't afford treatment or meds for my dogs. They seem to care about me as much as my pets. Prices are reasonable and the care is top notch.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I have been going to him for several years and finally found a new vet who took the time needed to take care of my animals. We aren't demanding people but once in a while, your pet is going to get sick. I don't expect to be yelled when I call to see if there is anything open to get them in. I would have been better if this veterinarian had just tried a little harder to be more compassionate and quit giving the excuse, I'm only one person. My animal has seen gone to a new vet who is sorting out all of the issues this vet neglected to take care of, even when prompted about it. I am happy to be somewhere else and think people should be cautious in going here. Kathleen is the best asset this doctor has. She is amazing but no one else is helpful or kind.
