The receptionist was rude and condescending, we were quoted 35$ for a neuter and charged 132$ when all was said and done. We were told he was not up to date on his rabies and needed to get that. okay no big deal. But without our knowledge, consent or giving ANY communication they added a whole bunch of other bullshit, shots, deworming (he had done a week ago not that they bothered asking) and fees. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They did not disclose the services they were going to charge us for, nor did they actually read his vet record. My animal was given vaccinations that he had already received and without my consent or knowledge
