Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

I took my Brittany Spaniel, whose name was Ava, to see Dr. Verona Chaffin
at Allcare and I was very disappointed with the care provided.
I felt Ava was quite ill when I took her in and Dr. Chaffin didn't even take her temperature. She said Ava had fleas and that this was why she was not feeling well. She sold me some very expensive flea medication.
I took Ava back to see Dr. Chaffin a month later because Ava's condition was getting worse and again Dr. Chaffin did not take her temperature. This time she said that she thought it was arthritis and that I should try giving her an anti-inflammatory drug such as rimadyl.
Ava's condition was still getting worse so I took her to see another vet about a month later and this time the new vet took her temperature. She said Ava had a 104 degree temperature and that I should take her to the
emergency vet hospital for more tests. I took Ava there and had several tests done and they said that she had advanced pneumonia and that 75% of her lungs were dead. They recommended to euthanize her.
I feel like if Dr. Chaffin had taken Ava's temperature the first or even the second time I took Ava to see her, Ava might have been given antibiotics and still be alive today.
