Claimed they didn't cut my dogs nipples and she's got bad razor rash. Ridiculed me for not taking care of my dog and claimed it was from lack of grooming because her underside was matted. She was not matted and is always well groomed. After contacting for a week trying to speak with the vet and demanding treatment or a refund he gives me a partial refund. I will never take my pet there again. They did not even care for my dogs well being while she spent a week itching because of the severe razor burn.

Have visited this vet over a period of several years. He's always been VERY attentive, caring, and thorough. I would and have recommended him to my friends.

The Vet Dr Tommy Horne is the best. He loves animals and takes that extra step to provide for the animals and the owners. I will take all my pets to him. He knows the pets are part of the family and he treats them that way. He's very knowledgeable and explains where anyone could understand. Love this Dr!!

I stopped in to check out this clinic. My first impression was that it smelled terrible. When I walked up to the counter the person was very rude and acted as if I was bothering her. When I asked a question she said I would have to talk to the vet and he doesn't get here till 1pm. I left my information and asked if he could call me, needless to say still have not had a phone call.

I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.

I will never take my animals here again, nor will I recommend this hospital to anyone. This VET is under Legal Actions for putting animals to sleep in a very cruel way... The full article can be found on the Barbour County Reporter on Facebook. The staff here is somewhat friendly. They don't go out of their way, but they are nice enough.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
