Everyone is very nice and helpful. Dr. Friddle is one of the few vets who has experience with Eclectus parrots, a rare breed that has unique needs. They also stock parrot food and medications. They have an office cat, so of course have your pet restrained. The office waiting room is high traffic, especially at boarding pick up time. This made my bird nervous, but shouldnt be a problem for cats and dogs as much.
