They are kind and caring and respect your financial situation and try not to over burden you with tests that you can't afford. The offices are clean and the girls in the office are sweet and love animals. I have not met all the doctors but have always had a good experience.

The best veterinary practice ever. Prompt appointments-great care-best staff. I couldn't ask for anything more for my pets.

I brought to very sick Bassets to Dr. Bonura. They treated them wonderfully. They did one test at a time so as not to financially burden myself. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. When my male Basset passed, they alotted me so much time to spend with him. I truly appreciated that.They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I was very uncomfortable with Dr. Bonura. I wish they had been more professional. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I couldn't believe how insensitive they were when my pet was sick. My veterinarian didn't even seem to care that I was upset and it just made the experience that much worse.
