I have been taking my 2 cats there for a long time. I have even boarded the cats there while away on vacation. I always liked the staff and Dr. Arnold and how the cats were treated. I always ask for Dr. Arnold when making an appointment. As long as the office exists, I will take my cats there. I found it clean, cutely decorated in cat decorations. Rather unique.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They are unorganized and the waiting room was so hot I was dripping sweat because the owner is too cheap to turn the air on...the heat is horrible for cats and it stresses them out more. I didn't want to wait too long. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. I wasn't happy that they didn't ask me many questions and they cut me off when I wanted to give them input. I rarely get to express my opinions when I'm with this provider. They always seem rushed to get done with the appointment. The owner just wanted my money and tried selling me on tons of products and vaccines that I later found out were not appropriate for that visit. The owner and staff tried to make me feel bad for not buying certain products. DO NOT GO HERE!!! BEWARE!!!

Yes, they are very knowledgable and gave me great advice

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
