We were visitin from out of state and our 14 yr old lab went into respiratory distress. This was the closest to us and is by far one of the best emergency vets we have ever visited (our dogs play hard and have been to a few over the past 14 yrs). They even let us go back and see her before we left her there overnight. I can't say enough good things. I was able to talk to the vet at midnight when I was calling for an update.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
